We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team to work on apartments. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently or with others. The candidate should be able to work on electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and other projects. Ideal candidate would be a MacGyver with wealth of knowledge.
Duties:
- Help maintain the apartments and common areas.
- Work on plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and etc.
- Manage work orders
- Help with the yard work and snow work if short handed.
-Must have their own basic tools
-Flexible Hours
Pay: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
